Meili Snow Mountain (梅里雪山) in Yunnan is one of the most sacred mountains in Tibet. Its highest peak, Kawagebo (6,740m), remains unclimbed and is considered sacred by local Tibetan communities.
The area features dramatic glacial landscapes, pristine forests, and is part of the Three Parallel Rivers UNESCO World Heritage Site.
